One of the requirements to be a key player is the ability to execute the working process, production process and service by a global standard method called ISO, a qualified method which is in principle has been implemented by INALUM since the beginning of PT Inalum.1. Quality Management System (QMS)
PT Inalum has received certification of Quality Management System ISO 9001 from SGS International:
- No.: AU98/1054 in February 1998 for Power Plant.
- No.: ID03/0239 in April 1998 for Smelting Plant.
PT Inalum has also received certification of Environmental Management System ISO 14001, No.: GB02/55087 in April 2002 from SGS International.
3. Occupational Safety and Health Management System
PT Inalum has received certification of Occupational Health and Safety Management System for twice in 2005 and 2008 and is awarded Gold Level (Certificate No.: 00351/SE/2004 & No.:00351/SE/2007 for Power Plant and Certificate No. 00352/SE/2004 & No.: 00352/SE/2007 for Smelting Plant) from Manpower and Transmigration Ministry of Republic of Indonesia.
4. PROPER
PT Inalum has received Blue Level for three times for "Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER)" in 2004, 2005 and 2008 from the Ministry of Environment of Republic of Indonesia.
5. International Ship & Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code
To ensure the security at Inalum's port, PT Inalum receives certification of ISPS Code on June 3, 2005 from the Government of Republic of Indonesia.
6. Sahwali Awards
The company has also received Sahwali Awards concerning Environmentally Friendly Businessman on November 13, 1992 from Indonesian Environmental Management and Information Center (IEMIC.
